I made these yesterday to go with a vegetable curry. Soak 100 g buckwheat flour in 300 g water for 24 hours, then cooking in small batches in a hot non-stick pan.

Buckwheat dosa
Hi Brent I’m very impressed with your buckwheat dosa as they look delicious and perfect with a curry.
So thanks for sharing your recipe as I’m sure that you really enjoyed them.
Just a little salt, Happyman. Cook on a high heat, for about 2 minutes, or until nutty brown underneath, then flip for a final minute. That's all there is to it. I love them, they being so simple.
These sound and look wonderful, BrentW ! They remind me of pancakes.
Thank you for sharing them with us.
These look really good BrentW, thanks for sharing.
Hi BrentW
Your buckwheat dousa look really nice. I think I might try to do some of those at some point, and thanks for explaining how to do it.
