Buckwheat dosa

I made these yesterday to go with a vegetable curry. Soak 100 g buckwheat flour in 300 g water for 24 hours, then cooking in small batches in a hot non-stick pan.

Hi Brent I’m very impressed with your buckwheat dosa as they look delicious and perfect with a curry.

Just a little salt, Happyman. Cook on a high heat, for about 2 minutes, or until nutty brown underneath, then flip for a final minute. That's all there is to it. I love them, they being so simple.
