Gluten free Buckwheat Gram flour and almond cookies,

β€’3 Replies

Hi everyone,

Here's some cookies I made yesterday using buckwheat flour gram flour almond meal (ground almonds) with flaked almonds on top. I've found that buckwheat cookies can be a little bitter but mixed with gram flour and almonds take on another flavour. They're also naturally gluten free for so ideal for a gf diet/coeliac.

I love cookies with a cuppa especially at the weekend...😊

Awe thanks Zest. 😊

Hi Fatbuddy, well spotted as I sometimes use a muffin tray to bake biscuits/cookies as they are a perfect size and shape.

I'm a coeliac so cannot eat wheal flour hence the buckwheat flour and GF alternatives I use.

As for carbs I don't have a clue. 🀨
