For dinner, I made quiche. This is also my first time trying this combination. ππ
Main ingredients: Gardein beefless ground plant based protein, vegan eggs, wood ear mushrooms, Bella mushrooms, carrots, red and green onions, cilantros, peppers, mung bean noodles. No salt needed at all and bursting of flavors.
Mix all ingredients together and bake for 30 mins at 350F and Voila enjoy!
I love Wood ear mushrooms because comparing to others, they have larger quantities of minerals and good source of B vitamins in particular. They have crunchy textures which go well with my quiche also.

Itβs a powerful kind of mushroom that we make salad out of them also with garlic, sesame oil and vinegar. Very delicious and refreshing if you have a chance to make it. ππ
