Today I made stuffed bell peppers with my new discovery plant based beefless ground (Gluten-free, certified vegan, kosher and dairy free).
Main ingredients: beefless ground, mushrooms, bell peppers, black beans, tomatoes, onions, cilantros, serrano (spicy), and eggs to bind all the ingredients together.
I like to bake them in the oven as I can eliminate unnecessary oil usage. You can add your favorite cheese if you’d like and have with rice or bread. I just like to eat by themselves with lettuce and mints.
Dessert: oatmeal cookie and mint tea.
