Today my meal is pan seared then toast gluten-free veggies wonton to minimize the use of olive oil. 😋
Main stuffings: onions, spinach, mushrooms, ginger, cilantro and egg to bind them all together. It is my first time making wonton wrapped so the shape is not so ideal yet. 😅
Salad: sliced avocados, tomatoes, and sweet kales mixed with veggies and cranberries, seeds with a little bit of poppies seeds dressing.
Dessert: Mixed berries and late afternoon snack is Oatmeal cookie and Ginger tea.
