Today my meal is pan seared then toast gluten-free veggies wonton to minimize the use of olive oil. π
Main stuffings: onions, spinach, mushrooms, ginger, cilantro and egg to bind them all together. It is my first time making wonton wrapped so the shape is not so ideal yet. π
Salad: sliced avocados, tomatoes, and sweet kales mixed with veggies and cranberries, seeds with a little bit of poppies seeds dressing.
Dessert: Mixed berries and late afternoon snack is Oatmeal cookie and Ginger tea.
As always, be inspired, be joyful, take a picture and Enjoy it! πβ€οΈ
lovely arrangement Koko! Very pleasing to the eye. But if it was me I would chow down those wontons without a second glance with the voracity of a gorilla πππ¦
Awe thank you so much Kainan for saying that! π€π
I think when we present the food well, we can enjoy and more motivated to cook some more. πβ€οΈ
Itβs not only wontons but also a salad and half an avocado which are very filling. Plus you wanna save room for fruits and dessert too. π€·ββοΈ Hmmm itβs like you gotta divide portions in your stomach. ππ
But then you are bigger than me so ya you can have double my food π€£
Beautiful presentation and every ingredient adds some nutrition and flavor. Cranberry is an excellent and healthy addition to the salad for extra flavorπ. Have a great dayπ€π.
Your salad for brunch/lunch is very beautiful and looks/sounds delicious! I would like to do a salad like that in the next few days if I can see if we have the ingredients here in the house before the weekend comes. That's a great idea for any meal!
You're very welcomed! I really like avocados whenever it's possible to get them. I either use them in a salad or on the side when I have certain meals.
You know we Californian are so lucky to have avocados all year round from supermarkets and the price is great also. Avocados are good fat and just make everything delicious π I sometimes make them into smoothie too and it keeps me full for long time ππ
