I made pad Thai for dinner tonight. 😋
I’m so happy to find Thai kitchen Gluten-free rice noodle to create my own dish.
Add noodles in boiled water for 5 mins. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Make sauce: grated ginger, sesame and chili oil, 1 teaspoon of black bean paste.
Scramble eggs separately and set aside.
Sauté brussel sprouts, and red onions in garlic sauce and sesame oil.
On low heat pot, mix all together scramble eggs, bean sprouts with noodles in the prepared sauce.
I like to have crushed peanuts with noodles and sesame seeds with mixed veggies.
Squeeze a little bit of lemon and a side of fresh chili vinegar. It’s a spicy dish. 😋
