I made pad Thai for dinner tonight. π
Iβm so happy to find Thai kitchen Gluten-free rice noodle to create my own dish.
Cooking instruction:
Add noodles in boiled water for 5 mins. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Make sauce: grated ginger, sesame and chili oil, 1 teaspoon of black bean paste.
Scramble Just egg separately and set aside.
SautΓ© brussel sprouts, and red onions in garlic sauce and sesame oil.
On low heat pot, mix all together scramble eggs, bean sprouts with noodles in the prepared sauce.
I like to have crushed peanuts with noodles and sesame seeds with mixed veggies.
Squeeze a little bit of lemon and a side of fresh chili vinegar. Itβs a spicy dish. π
Dessert: Mango.
