Today I just made a simple bulgur and quinoa dish with my favorite veggies and herbs sautéed all together in a little bit of sesame oil and garlic sauce.
Main add-on ingredients: artichoke hearts, Brussels sprouts, grape tomatoes, red onions, cilantros and thin slice avocado.
Dessert: Chia jam.

I had a big salad with tuna, salad, Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing, black and green olives, walnuts and fake bacon bits.😀👍

I always use balsamic vinegar but I never tried Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing, I’ll get it my next grocery trip. You add black and green olives, fake bacon bits in your salad enhance the flavor of salad for sure, great combination. 😋👍
Do you crush your walnut or leave as is?
The walnuts are halves/pieces and the dressing also has walnuts in it. Really good! 😀👍
Yes, we had gone to Sam’s Club before COVID started. Would like to see if it’s possible in the next few months for avocados.😀👍
Perfect! 😁👍 wow the dressing has walnuts in it must taste soo good. So far, I only tried: tahini, and poppy seeds dressing. I need to branch out more with salad dressing now. 😋I hope you will get to go to Sam’s Club soon as they add more products now in my area. 👍

California has experienced the drought for so many years already. They actually discovered a crashed airplane in 1965 at the bottom of Folsom lake. 😅
You stay inside safely with the heavy rain and thunderstorms. A nice cup of hot chocolate or tea will be so great! 🤗

Is Lucy a bossy boots as at my last job a colleague had a very bossy white cat called Elvis who would pick on her other cats.
Elvis had green eyes and is it true that the blue eyed white cats are deaf?
Oh Lucy is very sweeet girl, she is not bossy at all. 😻 Hahah Elvis is a great name for a green eyes kitty with attitude 😂🤣👍
No Lucy is not deaf at all. She comes when I open tuna can and she responds very well. 😻
