I felt hungry and decided to have my lunch early today. π I made my simplest protein butter lettuce wrap with my mixed vegetables. π
Ingredients are: diced water chestnuts, mushrooms, ginger (great kick for taste in this combo), cilantro, carrots, bell peppers, red and green onions. All sautΓ©ed in olive oil, garlic sauce, wine vinegar, one teaspoon of mushroom soy sauce and peppers.
Dessert: Oatmeal cookie with Jasmine tea.
I love having this combination of veggies with diced vegetable ham. It is light and fulfilling at the same time. β€οΈ
