I want to ask expert members a question, is it safe to eat moringa oleifera seeds?

Hi there komy1967 I’m not an expert but I know that eating raw moringa seeds is not recommended. It’s the kernel that is used in supplements.

Moringa seeds also suppress fertility and should be avoided during pregnancy.

I think you’d be well advised to ask your Dr if they are suitable for you and the best method of taking them.

I've had to look it up as I've never heard of them. There seems to be a lot of, "it may do X or Y..." but nothing more definite
