As we are being encouraged to eat more micronutrients and plant based foods seeds are being added to more and more food. So to compliment the poll here's some interesting facts about seeds and why we should include them in our diets.

Hi Veeee, you just substitute it for plain flour for baking and you can thicken patties or gravies with it.
You can also substitute some with oats when you make porridge and that just makes the porridge smoother. And I believe that you like porridge so this would be an easy way for you to use it in a great way... π
