As we are being encouraged to eat more micronutrients and plant based foods seeds are being added to more and more food. So to compliment the poll here's some interesting facts about seeds and why we should include them in our diets.
I make all my own bread and add seeds so was really pleased when I found that sesame seeds are packed with calcium, so here's a link about the health benefits of seeds:
