The best superfood I have come across recently is moringa, the benefits are amazing.
I have been taking it for a month and it has been gradual but it definitely seems to be helping. I seem to have more energy at the end of the day rather than just crashing out after work

I have been drinking 8 ounces of it every morning and it seems that i have more energy my self,what i notice is if i drink it late evening i dont sleep much i can stay up almost all night,so i take it first thing in the morning.
Good to hear that, I have certainly seen an upswing in my energy during the day.
I have tablets at breakfast time at the moment, I take three which is recommended level and is 400mg per capsule. I have had the powder direct in greek yoghurt but didn't like the flavour, ironically not the moringa powder it was the greek yoghurt that I did not like.
We are also using the oil as an anti-ageing oil, which is excellent for the skin. My daughter has problems with eczema and she has started using it so we are hoping it will help reduce the problem.
