Hello kbed firstly very well done for starting the NHS 12 week plan and I hope that it does work for you.
Now I think that losing your sister especially during the pandemic has shattered your motivation and what you have to remind yourself is your sister loved you and wouldn't want to suffer. I'd try and take things one day and one meal at a time and stay focussed on you goal. We will cheer you on with your weight loss quest thats for sure.
You might find the Positive Wellbeing community somewhere where you would get a lot of support as we have many members who have lost loved ones during COVID, so here's a link please see:

I feel for you with your loss so please take care and remember we are here for you and each other.
Jerry. 🌈😊
Thank you for your support
How do I find this NHS 12 program?
