Hi everyone,
yesterday I made a loaf of gluten free fruit bread, I used very little sugar so I glazed glazed it with date syrup glaze (I used 1/2 date syrup to 1/2 boiling water)
This afternoon after walking around 5 miles in the forest I came home and had cuppa and a nice piece toasted with butter and local honey. I love honey and there a lot a bee keepers around here so when not in lockdown I can buy it directly within a few miles from home when driving by and I like that. ๐
I like nice honest and wholesome food as coupled with plenty of exercise we can eat well and live well and we might as well make the most off mid winter in lockdown.
