Hi everyone,
Here’s what I made for dinner tonight it’s black lentils a tin of plum tomatoes baby carrots spinach peas broccoli peppers added to onion cooked in olive oil to slightly caramelised down the veg were from my freezer and I just added curry spices and chilli and had it with basmati rice.
It’s a nice easy but satisfy meal especially this time of year.

I'm going to have to locate whatcrecioe I used as the chickpea curry was awesome. I don't have rice so added broccoli, green beans, sweetcorn and carrots.

Hi Jerry very healthy lots in it I'm not keen on rice to be honest like five pudding tho I find rice and pasta makes me hungry bit later I'm off to watch my soaps now have a good night I'm sleeping straight after and not coming on here I have repetitive strain now too so can't do be limiting again from tomorror sleep tight 🤗🌟

Chips suit me lol pixies just tried to eat my boiled egg there's a live broadcast photo on my last post as replied to mad bunny pixie steeling my soldier lol I like pilou rice tho with chicken curry mam said it's white rice with fumaric in I'm not sure as I'm not keen on fumaric unless blended in with other spices sometimes we have white rice in the microwave bags and share it and have chips that's good and I like curry and rice sandwhiches lol really and I like fish and chips with bread I always make a little sandwhich I always eat too much and never get fat maby I will now I'm living in bed lol 😁😁😁😁
