I am a WW member & adapted a muffin recipe to come up with this. They are delicious, & on WW Blue, only 1 point each! ...and super easy to make.

2 eggs

2 ripe bananas

40 gms oats

2 level tblsps sweetener

I level tblsp cocoa

Frozen blueberries (or other red fruits)

Mash the bananas & add all the other ingredients. Mix well.

Put a spoonful of mix into each hole of a 6-hole muffin tin. Add a few blueberries or fruit of choice. Then cover with remaining mixture.

Cook at 200c for 25-30 minutes. Cool & eat!
