Nearly fell out of chair 💺 when (non-V), cheese-loving 🥰 loved one requested ‘Vegan Cheese’ for sandwiches 🥪 & wraps 🌯 !! 😳 🙃

[After popping eyeballs 👀 back into head 🙈 , I raise query here as I’m not familiar with non-dairy cheese 🧀 foods (‘transition’ cheeses).]

I’ll google research 🔎 . But, in meantime, if you’ve ready recommendations at the tips of your fingers 💅 (or the tip of your tongue 👅 ), I’d very much appreciate hearing about them. 🙏 😌

For non dairy cheeses I have used daiya. Which is great if being melted. Says vegan on their website. I just began using Lisanatti Almond Cheese. It is dairy free but not vegan as it uses casein. Great for snacking.
