Evening all. Stage three, healthy eating and no alcohol, started today. It's been hard, after so long allowing myself to simply indulge in anything I wanted (hence being the heaviest I have ever been), but I had a good day, eating healthy foods and foods that will make me stay feeling full for longer. Additionally, 3 miles walked, stretches and exercises done and feeling good! Looking forward to the future!
