SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CAULIFLOWER TOMATO CURRY

Love this Curry not hot mild using a spice paste easy and full of aroma..

Ingredients

Chicken thighs boneless skinless diced .

Two per person.

Onions used frozen a cup.

Tin chopped tomatoes or plum..

Jar of Spice paste used Tikka Masala spice.

One tablespoon

Coconut milk half a can

Cauliflower Frozen used a cup per person..

Method

Blender add all ingredients frozen onions spice mix coconut milk, tomatoes blitz up..

Note might not use all ... Handy to have Curry sauce for any thing in the fridge.

Add Chicken to saute pan colour oil or roasting tray cover tin foil 200 degrees fan for ten minutes to seal helps...

Add to Slow Cooker with Curry sauce and Cauliflower no need to defrost fine if wish to.

On low four to six hours if need be reduce if precooking everything..

Please serve with rice chickpeas...
