Hello every one this my Curry in a Hurry uses minimal effort and simple preparation.

No chillies just mild aromatic make it your own.

Using left over Chicken Cooked either buy one or cook one.

Or use Turkey Thigh joint.

Good to freeze in zip bags.

Sauce mild good for children and simple easy to adapt.

Defrost over night add Coconut Milk any veggies and any thing else, use Chickpeas use Oven to warm through or use Slow Cooker.

I also just have loads of sauce left over so make an another batch, zip bags.

Defrost add to blender add Coconut Milk. Portion could add to recipes anything meat . Meatballs and those seafood mixes Prawns.

Buy ready made Meatballs.

Do the same with Chicken but in tubs portion. Label.

Here the recipe.

You need a blender or a food processor.

Jar of Passata .

Spices Cinnamon, Coriander ground, Cumin, Ginger, Paprika, Turmeric, Fennel Seeds.

Onion and Garlic Powder.

Add half a teaspoon each.

Tomato Puree Ketchup. one tablespoon.

Cooked Chicken shredded or Meatballs or Turkey Thigh cooked diced. Portion .

Method.

1. Make sauce blender add Jar might not use all or use in batches, add spices and tomato puree and tomato ketchup.

2. Add to a large stock pot, slow cooker add cooked Chicken or Turkey or Meatballs.

On low for a couple hours or longer if sauce too thick boiling water.

Slow Cooker on low three hours or adjust.

3. Cool down add to a glass bowl add to sink filled with cold water .

Then zip bags, use a mug add zip bag spread out and over rim add sauce Curry using a jug or a spoon.

When to eat this can add vegetables Spinach, Peas, Carrots, Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, Cauliflower.

Potatoes either fresh or frozen add Coriander herbs or add Chickpeas Coconut Milk to taste.

This can be used Sunday Lunch a roast as the sauce very mild just aromatic, serve with Roast Potatoes.

I can recommend that this sauce is NOT hot chilli hot.

Add Lemon juice or Potatoes or Coconut Milk or Yoghurt.

Lassies which are Mango puree with Yoghurt and Milk another one after wards.

Yoghurt honey fruit helps. The digestion of any Curry..

Fennel Seeds Cumin Turmeric all helped the stomach I advise small measurements first before you cook if your not used to spices.

Please any question anything spices and herbs please ask me .

Been doing this a long time in advising most communities.

Lots of choices and options out there. There more to a Curry than heat .

Please take care.
