This morning, I weighed myself before breakfast. I still weigh the same as last week, but in someways, this is okay because I didn’t loose or gain anything. My weight is 126 lbs.. I’m glad it stayed the same because it shows that my blood sugars didn’t go high constantly for the last week— or more. It also shows that my food is being used instead of just being eaten and then I get low blood sugars unexpectedly. When you have low blood sugars, you will have to eat more food to help raise your blood sugars as an emergency basis. This also can cause weight gain.
This posting is going to be under the Today’s Weight Topic.

Thank you! Yes, it's not always that easy to control the weight and blood sugars. When I was in school, I graduated high school in 1993 and was 148 lbs. on graduation day. Ever since then, I have been trying to get both the numbers and weight down-- but not too low on both. Too low numbers are as dangerous as too high. I also do eat low carb and high protein meals with snacks, so that keeps things smoother. When we had gone to other friends/family houses, the numbers and carbs. would go too high because they didn't always cook with low carb. ingredients. It's easier to know also what raises the blood sugars when I have my CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) system nearby.
I can only imagine how difficult it must be to control both the weight and blood sugars but I can see you certainly do put a lot of effort in to your health. It is difficult to constantly look at what you're eating and if you eat anywhere else but home it's even harder. I have IBS and that doesn't affect other aspects of your health like being a diabetic does but I have to be careful what I eat otherwise I become ill so I can understand a little on the diet side of things.
I've just done my monthly weigh-in, and was pleased to see that I'm maintaining my goal weight within the healthy BMI range, and I've just done my weekly Fitbit update:
On 9th June 2020 I was 13 stone 12.75 pounds (88.52kg) and my measurements were 39-33-41. Today (7th July 2020) I am 13 stone 12 pounds (88.2kg) and my measurements are the same as last month. I've therefore lost 0.75 pound this month (0.32kg).
Pleased to be maintaining my weight at a healthy BMI.

p.s. Good luck to everyone with their goals and aspirations, and here's to a great week ahead.
I am at my ideal weight (BMI 25, 15% body-fat, waist two inches less than half my height) ...but I weighed myself yesterday - and I had lost seven pounds in three days. This is unusual, even considering that I ate nothing for 72 hours.
I am on Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat, and fast 20 hours most days. See:
The nearer I have got to my target weight the more I have eaten - now sometimes almost eat to keep up to my target weight.
Before lockdown, I was eating two or three Age Concern meals a week, and one-course pub and cafe lunches.
By most definitions, what I eat now is not "Low-Carbohydrate" but I need to keep my weight up, and carbohydrate is cheap.
Now, a typical day is 1/7 kg of full-fat yoghurt, 1/7 kg Buckwheat muesli, two bananas, and an orange for breakfast. Lunch: 175gm red Leicester cheese, three jacket potatoes with butter and a big heap of broccoli. ...and no supper (Intermittent fasting 20:4). I am 91kg and I walk 40 or 50 km per week, so your requirements might be different. My phone tells me that I typically burn 2,500 kcal per day... when I was not so fit and light I was often burning 3,500kcal per day. I have lost about 35kg.
When I was losing weight I would have eaten less carbohydrate (less muesli and potato and banana).
