Wow! When I did my weighing for today before breakfast, I got a very interesting surprise. I went from 126 lbs. to 122 lbs. ( 4 lbs. total lost) since last Monday's check. In a way, this is a great thing because it showed that I have been moving around even in the house and still able to eat healthy at the same time. My goal weight is getting down to 100 lbs. before the end of this year.
Stay safe, happy and healthy!

Hi Leah
Well done to you, I'm very pleased for you. You must be what I would call, little and good as that's only 8st and 10lbs which is a very good weight.
You may well be but that's a very good weight so well done, you must be so proud of yourself, well you should be as it's not easy for you with an underlying health condition.
I carb. count and walk around the house. Eat more protein and less carbs..πππ
Well done Leah as 4lbs in a week is excellent and shows that your low carb diet works for you so good for you. You only have to lose around 1lb per week and you will hit your goal so you've done extra well this week.
You stay happy well and healthy yourself. πππ
Actually, the diet has ten times more effect on weight than exercise. I know quite a few people who have trouble with their weight although they exercise regularly, because they eat the wrong things.
Definitely! The only place you can't eat enough is in Antartica. The Navigators (navvies) who built the canals with a pick and shovel used to work 12 hour shifts with a pick and shovel and burn through 8-9000 calories a day . It took a year for them to build up their strength . It's all a question of balance?
Hi well its really very amazing you lose your weight.
Eat healthy foods and avoid junks do exercise and some kind of work out your weight will get down to 100 lbs before end of the year best wishes with you.
