Here's what I had for dinner its bakes corn pasta spirals with quinoa and lentils cooked together added to sautéed mushrooms onions with a tomato sauce using 5 large tomatoes and I thickened it with a little ground quinoa and just seasoned and baked with some frozen peas, I love easy meals like this. And it is gluten free and plant based.
