Hi everyone, this s what I made for dinner its quinoa with diced onion stir fry veg sautéed in a little olive oil before adding back beluga lentils which I seasoned with sweet chilli sauce yeast extract and turmeric and left it cook gently away.
Quinoa is a complete food making it a great choice for a meal accompaniment and it makes a nice change. And a nice easy wholesome meal which I enjoyed. 😊
