Hi everyone, I was thrilled to receive this message yesterday as I love baking with as natural wholesome foods possible, plus it has to be gluten free so the thought of my recipe sugestion being used professionally to help people beat cancer thriough flavour is humbling as I'm touched by this.
It also shows the power of social media and how great Health Unlocked are for supporting so many health conditions.
We are writing to let you know that ‘Gluten Free Shortbread’, the suggestion you submitted to the Boehringer Ingelheim campaign ‘Taking Cancer on Through Flavour’ on Health Unlocked, was the inspiration for one of our final recipes. This means that your suggestion has been adapted by a professional chef, photographed by a world renowned food photographer and made into a step-by-step cooking video and downloadable recipe card. This recipe will be made available online over the coming year to help cancer patients and carers around the world, thank you very much for inspiring us!
That's fantastic news, and incredibly inspiring to hear - Congratulations on your great recipe and I shall be looking out for the downloadable recipe card - must have a look again at your original recipe. I am intending to try it sometime!

Thank you Alicia, I'd forgotten that I'd responded to this and as it was initiated by Boehringer Ingelheim campaign with HU I thought I'd give feedback as we all encourage one another on here. It was only because it was gluten free methinks.
