Hi everyone,
Here's the flan I made with mashed potato and cooked quinoa and lentils and this shows how well it slices when cold.
I ran out of milk so I nipped up to my local corner shop and bought local fresh milk in a bottle plus fresh lettuce and walked home the forest path as I don't walk past any houses and can come out opposite my home so it was OK. I was very apprehensive about going out as it was so nice but saw very few people which was reassuring.
I think that we have to look at alternatives in situations and make gluten free quiche bases like this so take care stay safe everyone and enjoy this smashing weather. π
