These are one of my favourite biscuits and I made these earlier as they go down with a cuppa really well. ☕️
Here's the recipe: 340g plain gluten free flour mix (I used Doves farm) 225g butter 110g soft brown sugar 2 large free range eggs with some flaked almonds to top.
Baking is great during the winter and the lockdown so we might as well make the most of it. 🌈😊
