These are one of my favourite biscuits and I made these earlier as they go down with a cuppa really well. ☕️
Here's the recipe: 340g plain gluten free flour mix (I used Doves farm) 225g butter 110g soft brown sugar 2 large free range eggs with some flaked almonds to top.
Baking is great during the winter and the lockdown so we might as well make the most of it. 🌈😊

Hi Jerry love shortbread I opened a box I'm.afraid yesterday as as you know I'm not baking at moment and I've also got ginger biscuits which I love remember ginger bread men slightly softer sometimes well when my ginger biscuits are oldish they remind me of the ginger men lol I shouldn't be on its late sleep in 5 mins 🤗🛌🌟

The ones I get have o.6 g sat fat there made with oil and clotted cream, can't believe that, i rub the bit of sugar off that they have on I hate sugar and I worry about diabetics, when I used to make cakes I put bit less than half the amount of sugar in recipe mams reduced hers now even Jamie Oliver one of my fav chefs does that now I did the cakes that way for the residents in care home and didn't need to do the diabetics seperate that was good 😋😊
