I find challengeing to run 3 times a week without loosing too much weight. My normal weight is 65 kg (about 10 stones). A few years ago happened that in less than 1 month from 65 I went down to 52kg (about 8 stones) I got scared so I stopped running. Now I noticed, that I started to loose weight again, what makes me a bit worried, because I'm tall and already quite thin, so I don't want to loose more weight, and I don't want to give up running again. Do you have any suggestions? Could help me eating more carbohydrate?

Hi bluesister before giving nutritional advice I'd seek medical advice if you are losing weight and are eating/exercising the same.
I'm also lean and am pleased to have got my weight above 140lb so can relate to your concerns, so good luck with this and please do let us know how you get on.

Have you talked to your doctor about the weight loss issue? When was your last appointment?
Hi Bluesister - I'm curious as to how much you were running when you lost all that weight?

Are you eating more food to compensate for the calories you'll be burning by running?
