Hi everyone,
I thought that I'd make something with ground almonds today and I made these with a tin of organic green lentils gram flour ground almonds a little soy cream chilli black pepper celery salt and parsley.
I rolled them in a little more gram flour with golden linseeds and cooked in olive oil they're really easy are healthy gluten free and plant based. And I enjoyed mine today in some home baked bread with salad. π
