Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight I cooked lots of veg yesterday so I baked this savoury crumble with 75g ground almonds 150g Gram flour 100g organic butter for seasoning I used ginger black pepper with some low salt bouillon and some parsley and baked for about 30 mins at 170C. The gram flour is a lovely yellow colour.
It's also gluten free and much easier to make than GF pastry as its National Baking Week this week. π
