Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight it's a cottage pie with onions mushrooms red lentils and frozen mixed veg in a gravy thickened with a little gram flour and seasoned with bouilon and salt free yeast extract with mashed potato on top and a little grated potato on top of that to give a crispy topping. I usualy cook potatoes in their skin and I really like cooking with grated potato as it is nice and crispy. Sometimes I make potato cakes with grated potato and they cook quickly and the outside is lovely and crispy.
