Hi everyone, here's what I had for dinner tonight as I had recently bought some baby parsnips and they are very sweet tasting for a veg and crispy like this are really nice.
I cooked some organic white onions/mushrooms baby plum tomatoes a tin of organic black beans and some frozen stir fry veg. I added some chick pea flour to a little cold water and made a gravy with ginger salt free yeast extract and a little black pepper.
The parsnips I cooked separately after halving and cooked very gently in a granite pan and the baked potato I just baked as I baked some bread.
This is gluten free and plant based. π
