So, I woke up early on Sunday and felt a little hungry after my shower so around 7am I snacked on a handful of nuts.
I went out to brunch around 11:00 AM and ordered (3) scrambled eggs with ham, a side of bacon (4 pieces) and a side of Avocado (1/2 a small avocado).
I skipped lunch, because brunch was big enough to hold me over. It was a lot of food for me to eat.
For dinner I ate chopped up rotisserie chicken breast with lemon juice, green onions, and chili peppers, and 1 corn on the cob. Corn on the cob is not my favorite choice, but we had it in the refrigerator because they were on sale, but in the future I won't be eating corn on the cob. I'll opt for steamed cauliflower and broccoli instead.
For dessert I ate 5 strawberries.

Your Brunch looks very tasty - and your dinner sounds really yummy too. I enjoy Corn on the Cob - but haven't had any for a long while, so you've reminded me about them, and I will be enjoying one soon.
I just discovered (Thanks to Activity2004) that Milk has carbs! Okay, so I guess I should have known that since milk has it's own sugars, and those are carbs but never realized that I should be counting the carbs in everything. Just signed up for fatsecret.com to type in the foods I eat and journal and put in my weight etc. I need to buy a scale, I don't even own one.
This all looks perfect for you WM, lots of protein and love carb, it’s also a very tasty looking brunch and your evening meal sounds good I like sweet open but do like broccoli the best. I love fruit so strawberries are a lovely finish to a meal.
Thank you! Activity just got me into the fatsecret app now too! Woo Hoo! I am really focusing my life on the foods I eat now and the activities I do. Loving all the help I am getting here, feedback and suggestions!
You say you skipped lunch as you were still full after your brunch but I thought the point of brunch is its a meal that combines breakfast and lunch any way !!
