These are one of my favourite biscuits made with ground almonds and plain GF flour which includes buckwheat flour. I used organic butter free range eggs and unrefined sugar with ground almonds to top so they are still much healthier than many shop bought biscuits and a treat for those of us who need a gluten free diet.
Recipe:
175g plain gf flour 75g ground almonds 250g butter 2 free range eggs 100g unrefined brown sugar mixed in a food processor then coated with 50g flaked almonds and baked for approx 35/40 mins in a baking tray at 175C
I like biscuits like this with a cup of tea or with fruit like raspberries and strawberries and they're so easy to make
