Another article here anyavien.com/ms-treatment-w... about the bodies PH system and alkaline foods with wheatgrass being one of the best sources.
According to the article, wheatgrass contains vitamin B12.
I have a pack of wheatgrass right next to me and on the pack it does not mention B12.
I do sometimes think though, is there really no B12 in it or has the manufacturer/supplier not really done enough research and has skipped some of the nutrients?
Many foods of different brands all seem to say different content or different amount of content in each pack.
If I were to buy a pack of hemp seeds from Holland & Barrett it would list some nutrients but if I got a pack from a brand called Seven hills then there would be a long list of nutrients. Sounds to me like Seven hills have done more research into their seeds.
But anyhow, with the PH thing. I know how some people don’t go along with it and I can’t say I 100% go along with it either but I strongly go along with it based on experience.
I mean, I used to have a terrible junk food diet. Very sugary. Lots of fizzy drinks and hardly any fruit or veg.
I had serious health problems, possibly as a result.
I later swapped my diet around for the better and eat more fruit and veg and feel so much better for it.
I don’t bother looking into the “science”, I just look at what diet has done to my life :).

Good morning. I found your post interesting, and especially as I have now been looking up the difference between 'wheatgrass' and 'wheatgerm' as a consequence - as I add wheatgerm to my breakfast daily at the moment.
I've never tried 'wheatgrass' - I presume it's in drink form? What does it taste like?
I have wheatgrass in powder form and it tastes a bit like how you would imagine it to taste... like grass :).
Never tried it as a juice though.
Website Living Traditionally says that wheatgrass can reverse gray hairs apparently. Not sure if that is true though.
I usually add a pinch of wheatgrass to my cereal and add a teaspoon to my smoothies.
At the moment though I am not using wheatgrass because I am using moringa powder instead.
Once I have used up the moringa I shall use more wheatgrass :).
Hi Matt Wheatgrass is Turning up more and more in health foods, the reason of its popularity is that it contains vital amino acids that our bodies cannot make and we have to get from our food so even tho' its not a complete food containing all 23 vital amino acids it does contain the 8 essential ones.
