So I had another one of the avocado puddings I make for my lunch but this time instead of just adding avocado and banana I also added a plum and I also added some extras like hemp and chia seeds and half a teaspoon of coconut oil.
It tasted really nice and my mum also tried some and she really liked it to. She is going to get her own ingredients so she can have some now :).

I put all the ingredients into the Nutribullet and blended them altogether.
I was pretty surprised that my bullet could take it all :).
I thought I might have had to blend the avocado and banana first and then put in the plum and blend that after but I was lucky.
You're good at buying bananas but not so good at eating them, do you not like them so much or is it that you forget about them? That is sometimes the case with me :).
I think bananas are probably one of the best selling fruits out there and easy to get hold of.
Sometimes, our family seem to overbuy bananas or it may seem like we have got enough but forget about them.
My parents are interested in eating more fruits and veg now so that would mean less plastic waste for us :).
Less plastic is always a good thing. I only like bananas on the day I buy them or maybe the next day and then like you said I forget about them. Sometimes I slice them and put them in the freezer and then blend with peanut butter to make ice cream. I might give your avocado pudding a go though. 👍
