Today my meal is avocado mixed with tuna and red onions. I donโt use mayonnaise but avocado chunks instead which makes tuna so moist and savory. ๐
I always love a side of fruits and salads in every meals. I like mixed sweet kales, veggies salad and cranberries, seeds with a little bit of poppies seeds dressing for today.
Dessert: Green Smoothie with kales, kiwis, pineapples, and mangos.

That is very creative with the tuna on the avocado. Tho it looks like shredded chicken. Love that mixed veggie combo slaw going on over there. Good stuff for the body and mind ๐
You have to watch out for those fattening condiments like mayonnaise, ranch dressing or tartar sauce. That will spoil the healthiness of the whole meal๐ . Any of those white sauces are a bad idea for health and I know you dont eat those. Beautiful fruits and salad today and some seeds are a great source of protein ๐. Excellent meal๐ค.

For sure, I stay away from all those sauce. Itโs the sauce thatโs unhealthy adding on your food. Plus I limit frying as itโs so unhealthy defeating all the nutrients of food intake. Saturated fat from animals fat is so dangerous, cancerous and cardiovascular diseases potential. Itโs all about health awareness so we can tailor our meals. ๐๐

Okay, no tarter, ranch, margarine, bbq saucesโฆ. in my food cabinet. No deep fried or red meat for me. Well I am on gluten free plant based food so itโs good and fish/seafood sometimes for me!๐ธ
