Hi everyone,
Here's what I had for my meal tonight, its potatoes carrots sweet corn green beans spinach onions and garlic. I cooked the onions in a little olive oil then added butter melted it added buckwheat flour let it thicken, then I added 100g of organic cheddar and 50g of cream cheese plus herbs. I put pumpkin seeds chia seeds and sesame seeds on top with a little more grated cheese and baked for about 20 mins until the top was a nice golden colour and it went down a treat. Sesame seeds are a great source of calcium and well as being crunchy little seeds...
