Hi Kaz747 - the article you've shared, which is by Ansley Hill and is entitled "16 Superfoods that are worth of the title" looks interesting. I wrote the list out as follows: Dark Leafy Greens, Berries, Green Tea, Eggs, Legumes, Nuts and Seeds, Kefir (and yoghurt), Garlic, Olive oil, Ginger, Turmeric, Salmon, Avocado, Sweet potato, Mushrooms and Seaweed.
Sounds like an excellent 'shopping list' to me. The only food I've not really had on that list is the Seaweed - maybe I should try to get some - to give it a try.
