For lunch today, I had two gluten free waffles with crunchy peanut butter on them and a Greek black cherry yogurt on the side. The entire meal was 58 carbs.. The peanut butter and Greek yogurt is the protein part of the meal, so I'm not hungry. The waffles were the main carb.. Very filling.

Both but I make my own smooth and constantly have my spoon in the jar 😉
That's good. I haven't had a chance to make my own yet, but I may eventually.
I just roast the peanuts in the oven, cool them and put them in my food processor and let them do the magic.😋

It's very easy. The first couple of times I made it it was dry. I soon learnt that when the cog shape appears and then disappears and the nut butter just keeps going round and round then it's done. Just test with a teaspoon first to seeing you're happy with the consistency.😋
