Hi everyone,
Here's a veggie bake I had tonight using tender stem broccoli sugar snaps green beans sweet peppers Spanish onion with turmeric coriander peanut butter cider vinegar and some nutritional yeast to give it extra flavour and nutrition. The potatoes I cooked in olive oil with a little dried ginger just to give them an extra tickle.
This is gluten free and plant based and if anyones interested I made some cashew cream earlier today and had it with plant based ice cream and raspberries, here's a link:
