Hi everyone,
Here's a nice simple meal I made by roasting some black kale, white onions, sweet baby peppers and pak choi/bok choi (Chinese cabbage), large vine tomatoes coated with sesame seeds and a little olive oil on top.
I had it with boiled baby carrots and the water I mixed with peanut butter for a gravy and I had a baked potato with it.
I love meals like this as they're easy, nutritious, filing and my house smells great while itβs cooking...π
