Is there a website anyone is familiar with for healthy easy meals and snacks make? Most of them have foods that I'm not going to eat or try to make.

I am. I have really bad acid reflux. I take 40 mg of Nexium each day per the doctor. I need to change my eating because of this and lose weight because of high cholesterol and back issues. It's a struggle because I'm under stress taking care of my dad and other health issues I've been having plus anxiety. I really do want to change my eating habits so I'm trying to find a way to eat healthy regular food to lose weight and help my acid reflux.

The medium made me have b12 deficiency, I can’t eat m at ad or makes me have acid reflux bad! I have found a happy medium, no pills for it, soft foods like the wonderful broccoli soup forum diet doctor and lots of vegetables Mistletoe cooked because raw veggies can trigger a reflux attack. Try low carb and add creams to your food. That really helped me

I've been told acid reflux can be caused by low stomach acid, as well as high. If it's because of low stomach acid, then medication doesn't tend to help (medicines always assume high stomach acid, and try to make it weaker). You can try treating the acid reflux yourself with apple cider vinegar:

(Although I'd just use 1tbsp of vinegar in water, with no honey).

I have a hiatal hernia which causes the acid reflux. So the best thing I can do is help watch my diet.

When I read the term acid reflux I am thinking a diet that is too heavy in fats. So if you want to reduce the acid reflux then a move towards a whole food plant based approach is your answer. Gojiman on youtube has some excellent videos on this and even a useful blog post gojimannutrition.com/how-to...

Please note his point about eggs.

I quite like Pinterest for recipes - it's a good place to find and store ideas, and I get a lot of my healthy recipes from there. I tend to look up recipes that specifically don't have ingredients I hate - e.g. I hate eggs, so would look up "healthy egg free breakfast ideas"

Pinterest is an excellent idea. I'm trying to research more into healthy eating and healthy recipes that will help also my acid reflux.
