Fish Friday

I’m not a great lover of fish but I now try to have it once a week on Friday, this is my favourite Aldi lemon and herb basa with a huge salad and a few new potatoes. It’s my favourite meal of the week and I really look forward to it.

I like your meal Artist, it looks very appetising. I love fish and have a meal just like yours at least once a week. I haven’t tried basa and would like to know what the texture and taste is like. It looks quite ‘meaty’ in the photo. 🙂😋

Your meal looks delicious. Beautifully presented. Like Rachmaninov says the fish does look meaty. But if it tastes like cod I'll enjoy it. I need to eat more fish. I'll give this lemon and herb basa a try. Thank you for sharing ❤

It's that Baby is pampered is how she is still alive at 17!

I remember when Baby was a kitten and I had started at a new job and had said how we had got a new kitten called Baby and how she is spoilt!

I have four soiled kitties too but they never eat human food, they don’t even beg for it. I used to have an elderly cat Lucy she passed away last year, she was 18, she loved tuna, yogurt, porridge and crisps 😂

A colleague at my previous job had a ginger Tom called Tiggy who died when he was 18.

The new potatoes were done in the Actifry with JDSeasonings salt and pepper chips seasoning, makes them really tasty 😋 I’ve also done them with their best roast potatoes seasoning too, also delicious 🤤

Potatoes taste great in the air fryer. I cut my potatoes chip size with the skin on rub a bit of olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper and cook them in the air fryer. They taste like KFC chips but the healthy version.
