Hi shives2018. I have a way of cooking cabbage and it's very tasty. You cut up a cabbage into shreds and put in a large oven dish. Then you add some olive oil and plenty of black pepper, some garlic and a little salt. You put it in the oven covered in foil and cook at approx 180 degrees and it takes about 40 minutes to cook and then just take the foil off to brown it off. It's a great with some chicken or any meat. We usually make a large amount and store it in the fridge and heat it up in the microwave for the next meal.
