I'm in the same boat. I am trying to eat better. I don't like cooking so it is very challenging to fix food for myself. I keep trying!

What foods do you like to eat? Are you allergic or have any food intolerances?, what foods do you know of that could boost your mental health and well-being?.
I like most all foods but prefer to eat more vegetarian. I don't eat a ton of processed foods or candy. No allergies. Looking for super simple, easy recipes. I feel like I could be eating a bigger variety of veggies. Not sure of what to eat for my mental health. Would like to incorporate more fermented foods if possible.

Do you eat alot of fish as the omega 3is really good for you along with nuts, seeds, whole grains, foods that contain healthy fats, berries, dark green veggies, if you eat most meals that include a rainbow π of veggies and fruit with benefit you.
Welcome to healthy happy and sometimes anxiety prone humans. Iβm Anxiety bothered a lot especially with my now advanced prostate cancer. Iβm still exercising and eating healthy. Thanks, Never ever thought my prostate cancer and now my Lymph node cancer and who knows where else cancer cells thrive on different foods. Let alone Testosterone fluids. That did not seem right, fluids for testosterone.
Yeh, My T levels are down, down, since 1st re-treatment Lupron D Sept 10th 61 days back. 10.9ng/dL from 294.
Time for more research. I know dairy is a feeding frenzy for our metabolism but is there a good healthy dairy food, like Yogurt???

Thanks! I'm not sure quite what I need though. I guess I'm having trouble finding enough good healthy, probably vegetarian heavy recipes. I try to find simple ones but even those seem complicated and time consuming. It would just be nice to have a bunch of go to's. My girlfriend is hopefully and me a few.
