Hi and welcome to our friendly group, wiserlady ! :-) Thank you for introducing yourself to everyone.

Have you looked at our Topics/Events/Polls/Pinned Posts for suggestions/ideas on meals/snacks you may want to try? They will be on the right hand side of the screen on the computer and at the bottom if you use a cellphone. :-) I hope this helps! :-)

If you mean about losing weight the way I do it is to eat less meals and smaller meals. That works well for me and is so much simpler.

Are you on a low carb diet?

As I said what I am doing works very well for me. Less meals and smaller meals. If its not broken dont fix it.

Hi wiserlady

I do the same using a portion plate from Matalan (£3).

I am also cutting out biscuits and cakes and drinking more herbal teas.

Do what works for you.

Good luck on your journey

depends really, what sort of diet buddy are you thinking about? i am not interested in discussing all about vitamins, minerals, carbs, fats etc, too time consuming and complicated and have done all o f the research |i need on it. my way works for me and is so much simpler. supporting each other with it would be great

Yes that was what I was suggesting to support each other.

Ok thats fine then. Please write to me in the private messages, I dont do writing back and forth to the same person where everyone else can see it. Have a nice day.

I don't either.

Good morning wiserlady well done for introducing yourself and welcome to our friendly forum.

I think that it is very important that we the consumer know exactly what we are eating so you are in very good company on here and I hope that you enjoy being a member of our community.
