Is it safe to take biotin everyday with menopace tablet and calcium magnesium zinc tablet. How can I cover up my vit D deficiency if I’m taking these pills? Before, I would take vit D ampule every 2 months

Hi, biotin is completely safe if taken from a reliable producer. Try getting natural products with no artificial added ingredients. I would gladly recommend if it would help
