Hi everyone,
Tonight I baked baby chestnut mushrooms with kale, white onions and baby tomatoes cooked with ginger, cumin, coriander turmeric, black pepper and a little sea salt. I added a little water to the veggie just before they were cooked for an easy spicy gravy, I had it with a baked potato.
It shows how with a few fresh veg we can have a simple and healthy meal.
