MacNCheese - my way

I just cooked up a Mac N Cheese my style.

1. Chop and boil a bag of carrots chopped, a diced onion, chopped half a head of celery, two cups nutritional yeast and a clove of garlic in water. 2. Blend / whisk with half of a peeled lemon, until a smooth paste. Stir in turmeric, black pepper, paprika, a small dash of chilli powder, and salt to taste. 3. Cook half a bag of wholewheat pasta - undercook this. 4. Chop and steam half a cabbage with chopped courgette. 5. Mix all together in a baking dish and bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees.
