Hi folks,
Here's a veggie bake I made for tea tonight, I used chard, chestnut mushrooms, onions, baby sweet peppers, plum tomatoes and grated carrot. I topped it with cooked black quinoa and yellow lentils so they went slightly crunchy on top. I gently cooked all the veg in a little virgin olive oil and before I put it in the oven.
I do like the dark coloured quinoa and its healthy. π
